Wheel of Life teachings give you the opportunity to access the guidance of your innermost sacred nature. Together, we will explore the interconnected functions of the four sacred directions, Mother Earth, and Father Sky - as well as understanding how the Wheel requires a commitment to personal growth for the sake of collective evolution. Through the traditional teaching techniques of story, prayer, and interactive group exercises, as well as embodied wellness practices such as meditative movement and communal meals, you will develop necessary tools to lay the foundation of a sustainable family, community, business, and life of wellbeing.

Is this gathering right for me?

Wheel of Life gatherings answer the call of those who feel the urgent importance to step into a deeper connection with themselves, the land, and their place in our collective history as we co-create a vision for a brighter, more unified, and sustainable future. Just as young indigenous people have been traditionally raised with the discipline to listen for the deep teachings in the stories and experiences that their elders offer to prepare them for the responsibilities and challenges of adulthood, Wheel of Life participants are expected to come with this same enthusiastic focus.

Ceremony is not for sale, it’s optional within the Wheel of Life teachings.

All members of the human family are welcome. Join us for a two-day teaching in a city/town near you. RSVP below to secure a spot in an upcoming teaching. Please include the location of the event you’d like to attend in the message section. If you’d like to organize a Wheel of Life in your town, please contact us through this website.

What is the Wheel of Life?

The Wheel of Life is a visual representation of the different areas of your life. It typically consists of a circle divided into segments, each representing a specific aspect such as career, relationships, health, personal growth, and more. The idea is to assess your satisfaction in each area and identify where you may need to focus your energy.

The Segments of the Wheel

While the exact segments can vary, a typical Wheel of Life includes the following categories:

  • Career: Your professional life and job satisfaction.

  • Relationships: The quality of your connections with family, friends, and partners.

  • Health: Your physical and mental well-being.

  • Personal Growth: Opportunities for learning and self-improvement.

  • Finances: Your financial stability and management.

  • Fun and Recreation: Activities that bring you joy and relaxation.

  • Environment: Your living space and surroundings.

  • Contribution: Your sense of purpose and giving back to the community.

How to Create Your Wheel of Life

Creating your Wheel of Life is a straightforward process. Follow these steps to get started:

Step 1: Draw Your Wheel

Begin by drawing a large circle and dividing it into segments based on the categories you want to include. You can use a template or create your own design.

Step 2: Rate Your Satisfaction

For each segment, rate your current level of satisfaction on a scale from 1 to 10, with 1 being very dissatisfied and 10 being completely satisfied. Mark your score on the corresponding segment.

Step 3: Connect the Dots

Once you have rated each area, connect the dots to create a shape within the circle. This visual representation will help you see where you are thriving and where you may need to focus your efforts.

Step 4: Reflect and Set Goals

Take a moment to reflect on your Wheel of Life. Which areas are lacking? What changes would you like to make? Set specific, measurable goals for improvement in these areas.

Step 5: Create an Action Plan

Develop a plan to achieve your goals. Break down each goal into smaller, actionable steps. This will make it easier to track your progress and stay motivated.
