Wheel of Life teachings give you the opportunity to access the guidance of your innermost sacred nature. Together, we will explore the interconnected functions of the four sacred directions, Mother Earth, and Father Sky - as well as understanding how the Wheel requires a commitment to personal growth for the sake of collective evolution. Through the traditional teaching techniques of story, prayer, and interactive group exercises, as well as embodied wellness practices such as meditative movement and communal meals, you will develop necessary tools to lay the foundation of a sustainable family, community, business, and life of well being.

Just as young indigenous people have been traditionally raised with the discipline to listen for the deep teachings in the stories and experiences that their elders offer to prepare them for the responsibilities and challenges of adulthood, Wheel of Life participants are expected to come with this same enthusiastic focus.
